| Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. We accept credit card payment with Visa and Mastercard and debit cards with Visa Electron, Visa Debit, Maestro and Solo. An order acknowledgement will be emailed to you to indicate acceptance of your order. A contract will be formed between us when the goods are shipped. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable. We will charge the debit or credit card when you click the confirm button. | Returns Policy Returns & Cancellations Any shortage, defect or damage must be notified within a period of 5 days from the date of receipt of the goods. Goods may not be returned without the express agreement of I T Works and on terms to be determined at the absolute discretion of I T Works. Unless I T Works at its discretion decides otherwise, the following shall apply, Goods must be returned in the Manufacturers original packaging, complete with accessories, manuals and documentation. Returned items not compliant with these requirements shall be rejected. The buyer will be liable for the cost of remedying any damage to the goods returned where such damage has in the opinion of I T Works been caused by the goods being inadequately packaged by the buyer or through the buyers fault. I T Works reserves the right to make a handling and restocking charge of 25% on goods which are returned if they were ordered in error or are no longer required.
